Is this the Future of Cities?

The United Arab Emirates is about to get a new city. This one designed to produce no CO2 at all. Even more impressive is the use of modern and ancient building techniques to keep the city cool without relying on overly on air-conditioners.  It’s being designed by British Architects Foster and Partners, who designed many iconic buildings such as the Millau Viaduct in France and City Hall in London.
